Student Showcase Buffet Bookings
Buffet dates: September 2026 - December 2026
Reservations open at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 2
We have a limited number of table sizes available, and they will sell out quickly.
How to book:
- Reservations require full pre-payment to confirm
- Refunds are available until the Tuesday before your reservation date
- Buffet bookings must be processed one at a time. If you’d like to join us for multiple buffets, please complete a separate checkout for each date.
- Reservations are only confirmed once payment is completed

NOTE: Buffet bookings in your cart are not held for you. Your buffet booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed. Buffets can sell out in minutes, so bookings may sell out during your checkout process.
Didn’t get a table or see your table size? Enter the Lottery
If your table size is unavailable or the buffet sells out, you may enter our lottery.
- The lottery form will open on September 2 at 10:00 am and close on September 4 at 11:59 pm
- You may enter for multiple dates and seating times
- Guests can only be selected once
