Welcome to the Alumni Series

Join us each month from September to February for an unforgettable dining experience merging tradition with innovation. Our Alumni Series will feature expertly crafted 4-course menus by our rotating special guest Alumni Chef and culinary students, paired with exquisite wines for $110 per person (all-inclusive).

Featuring Kaitlin Omdal, who was a winner of the culinary competition  "The Toque Demagny" at NAIT. After culinary school Kaitlin ended up moving out to BC where she streamed her cooking skills on the streaming platform "Twitch". She became quite successful within Twitch, even becoming "Partner" with the streaming service. Kaitlin has since moved back to Edmonton where she is streaming full time under the name CookwithKait. www.twitch.tv/cookwithkait
