As they gear up for the World Finals in Singapore this October, the team is on a mission to secure victory and bring home the gold. Led by the renowned Chef and NAIT alumnus, Francis Flores, the team also includes Ottis Crabbe, a talented member of The Junior Culinary Team Canada, and the esteemed Chef Alex Maryniak serving as the Pastry Advisor.
